We want you to have a memorable and wonderful visit to PVB. Here are our recommendations for your part in making this happen. Leave the cooking to us.

Friday: Baked Steelhead Trout, Chicken Parmigiana

Saturday:Beef Tenderloin

Sunday: Roast Turkey. Yes, you read right. Every Sunday is like Thanksgiving here.

♥ Make sure we’re open when you want to come.
January and most of February: CLOSED for a little rejuvenation.

The other 10 months:
Monday + Tuesday: CLOSED
Wednesday – Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Friday + Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

***Please note that if there are no reservations for dinner Friday to Sunday, we will close early. If you didn’t make a reservation and are thinking of popping by, just give us a call first to make sure we’re open.

***On Sunday, lunch stops being served mid-afternoon in order to prep the turkeys needed for dinner. If you’re thinking of coming for a late lunch, call ahead.
