Why do you need a reservation?
We can sometimes be pretty busy on weekend nights, as our weekend dinner features are becoming very popular. My kitchen is small and creates home-cooked fabulous-ity (fab-you-law-city) a few plates at a time. If you have a reservation for a specific time, you normally don’t have to wait for your table.

*Yes, we are also aware that sometimes you make a reservation and arrive and our place only has a few tables taken. These things happen, we don’t want you waiting in case we we’re super busy.

Reservations help us plan to make sure you have the best experience possible while visiting us.

If you are a group of 6 or more, PLEASE help us out with a reservation. If you plan to drop-in, there could be a wait for a table large enough. Thanks for your understanding.

Also, if you are a large group, it is simply not possible for us to serve your entire table at one time. Think of dining at my bistro like eating at home or someplace else with a small kitchen. Mom is cranking the meals out a few at a time. There is not 6 kitchen staff and dozen of wait staff. Everyone will LOVE their dinner but they can’t all start at the same time.

When are reservations taken for?
We will book your reservation for any 5 days of the week (6 in the summer) we are open,
breakfast and lunch meetings, social groups, and those with a specific table request
from Tuesday to Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

We will also take your reservations for Weekend Nights, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Are we open any other times that we can reserve a table?
You can book PVB for Monday and/or Tuesdays for private group bookings, and can be arranged in person by visiting us or over the phone with Lynne (the owner) – 403-931-3611.
